How To Use

Touch dip the potali in warm oil or sock the potali in water and warm it in hot plate or microwave for 1 minute or sock the potali in water for and steam if for 10- 15 minutes.
Massage with applying gentle pressure by rolling, dragging and pressing the potali on body for 15-20 minutes.
